    1. This Is a very vulnerable time for spiders. They also can’t eat for a few days after because their fangs need to harden back up! They can also die during this process due to either being attacked or the molt going wrong and them getting stuck.

I absolutely love this! I can’t help but think that it must feel amazing to have this over with. Spiders definitely appear uncomfortable or distressed, even days leading up to the moult. So even though they probably don’t feel things like we do, it must be a relief.

I’m not here to kink shame, but if you have to rip off your own skin just to come that hard, you might want to seek professional help.

    5. is that a lampropelma violaceopes? if it is, that’s a gorgeous spider! i had one that i called “big blue” and damn was it quick, and gigantic, i could hear him walk (tap) through it’s enclosure when it was quiet.

    6. Is this before or after they latch onto a face and plant a baby in the host’s stomach?

Idk if it’s the time of year or what but there should be an Arachnophobia tag or something. I’ve seen way too many spider posts and blocked a lot of subs lately lol
